Diversity of Thought hosted by Oxy's Affinity Alumni Organizations

Oxy's Latinx Alumni Association (OCLAA), Black Alumni Organization (BAO) and Asian Pacific Islander Organization (API) invite you to participate in, Diversity of Thought, a series of collaborative discussions. The premise will be to learn, discuss and co-create across race and ethnicity, and generations, around today’s most pressing issues. Alumni want to hear your perspectives as we engage civically, build wisdom and bridges, and mobilize action as an Oxy community.

Join the inaugural discussion on Sunday October 18th at 5pm for "Oxy’s Vote Matters", concerning the power and impact of voting, with special guest Sara El-Amine, ’07, H’19, a progressive strategist and one of the architects of the Obama grassroots movement.  Register at bit.ly/oxysvotematters, and please watch the following Ted talk "There's No Such Thing As Not Voting" to ground and inform the discussion.

Sincerely,

Occidental College Latinx Alumni Association (OCLAA)

Oxy Black Alumni Organization (BAO)
